Z-TRAK™ is custom-fitted to the exact contours of your truck bed. No loose fit, no guesswork, no compromise in strength. It's laser-cut from 12-gauge American steel and works with E-Track fittings and hundreds of other tie-down accessories. Dirt bikes, tools, camping gear, weekend projects: That Ain't Goin' Nowhere.

Fitment & Ordering

Select your truck's year, make, and model and we'll match the exact Z-TRAK for your bed. Most sub-models from the same year share the same fit. If you don't see your exact trim (for example, GMC Sierra 2500 HD Denali), select the base model (GMC, Sierra, 2500) and we'll ship the correct size.

Have a RamBox? Choose the RamBox option when you select your Ram.

Mounting over a toolbox, custom bed box, or other non-standard setup? Select Custom Mount and enter your measurements. Our team will confirm your size before we ship.

Mounting to a flat wall or flat surface? You'll want our High Strength E-TRAK instead.

Installation

Standard install: 5 to 10 minutes. Set the rail on the offset near the top of your front bulkhead, center and level it, and drive the included self-drilling screws.

Plus Nut install: 1 to 2 hours. For the strongest, factory-grade hold on any bed, add the Plus Nut Kit. Install at least 6 to 7 plus nuts along both the top and bottom rows, or use every hole. It installs completely from the front side, with no access needed behind the bed wall.

We recommend plus nuts to every customer willing to put in the extra time, and we strongly recommend them for:

Composite and aluminum beds
Winching
Accessories with larger offsets, like the Spare Tire Chok
