Return Goods Policy

Product returns are accepted within 35 days from the date of your JBLT shipping confirmation. The confirmation was sent to you in an e-mail from info@z-trak.com

At Johnson Built Products, LLC., hereinafter JBLT, we pride ourselves in creating and manufacturing leading edge products, designed to help you manage all of your dirtbike, UTV and other hauling needs. We are aware that sometimes things don't work out. If you return a product manufactured by JBLT, please follow the guidelines listed below:

How to Return

  • E-mail us at: info@z-trak.com to describe the reason for your return. If applicable, one of our team members will provide you with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. JBLT will not accept returned merchandise without an RGA and original packaging.

  • Include a copy of your invoice or packing slip. Indicate in writing, the reason for each returned item. Be sure to include your contact information including a daytime contact phone number.

  • Returned items must be in original, unused, and new condition.

  • Returns need to be packaged in original packaging.

  • Include all original products including installation kits and small parts.

  • Return freight must be paid by the customer.

  • FedEx or UPS are generally the least expensive and safest shipping method. Do not send items back to JBLT without first prepaying the shipping costs. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted. Always insure the package for the full retail value of the item and save the tracking information as proof of your shipment. JBLT is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

    A refund for the original price paid (less any original shipping and/or return shipping fees) will be issued towards the credit card used at time of order. International shipping charges, duties, special handling fees, taxes and/or brokerage fees are non-refundable.

    Return all items via ground shipping. Third party shippers (example FedEx, UPS Store, etc.) add charges to normal ground shipping costs. JBLT does not refund third party shipping charges.

    Refunds do not apply to sale or promotional items.

    Restocking Fees 

    There is no “return fee”. If your merchandise is returned to JBLT in the appropriate amount of time given (35 days as noted above), is new and can be resold, JBLT will issue a return for your full purchase amount, minus shipping fees. If your item is returned and has been damaged in any way from shipping, or otherwise, JBLT may attempt to recondition the item for resale. In such case, you will be assessed an applicable return/recondition fee at the sole discretion of JBLT. We will not accept any items for return that have been installed and/or used. Refund Timeline

Normal time for unpacking, inspection and approval is 7-10 business days. When approved, credit will be made to the credit card used for the original order. Please allow up to 10 days for the credit to post.
