1. Eligibility: Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States (excluding New York, Florida, Alaska and Hawaii) and the District of Columbia (the "Territory") who have reached the legal age of majority in their state, are located in the Territory at the time of entry, and are not otherwise prohibited from entry as set forth herein and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Z-Trak, LLC (the "Sponsor") their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Z-Trak, LLC, as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
3. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on or about Feb 05, 2026 at 12:00 AM and ending Feb 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM. All online entries must be received by Feb 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM. All times are (GMT-07:00) Mountain Time (US & Canada).
4. How to Enter:
There are three ways to enter:
- During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals will receive entries by purchasing eligible products on https://www.z-trak.com/. Transactions with declined credit or debit cards, as well as returned purchases, are not eligible for entry.
- You may fill out the entry form on our website and provide your e-mail address phone number to opt-in to the Z-TRAK newsletter.
- You may also enter without making a purchase by hand-printing your full name, complete valid address, phone number with area code, valid email address, and date of birth on a 4" x 6" postcard, and mailing it to:

All post card entries must be postmarked before the close of the Sweepstakes Period and received by no later than 7 days after the close of the Sweepstakes Period. Each postcard grants an individual one (1) entry.
The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on this site. The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Z-Trak, LLC. You may enter only once and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple e-mail addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Z-Trak, LLC.
Periodically through the Promotion Period, the sponsor may offer “Bonus Purchase Entries” for purchases on the Website. Bonuses may range from 1X-100X Entries for every dollar spent on the sponsors site or may be tied to purchases of specific product or categories. Bonus entries will be offered at the sponsors sole discretion.
Bonus Purchase Entries are earned in lieu of entries received for Purchase Entries. For example, if you spend $10 on the Website during a non-Bonus week, you will receive ten (10) entries, but if you spend $10 on the Website during a 10X Bonus Entry Period, you will receive one hundred (100) entries.
5. Prizes: The approximate retail value of all prizes is $6399.00. The prizes are: Ventus V1+ Electric Dirt Bike. You are not guaranteed to win a prize and your chance of winning is dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Z-Trak, LLC to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
NON-MONETARY PRIZES ARE AWARDED AS IS AND WITHOUT CONDITION, WARRANTY, GUARANTEE OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) BEYOND THE CUSTOMARY REPRESENTATIONS PROVIDED WHEN THE PRIZE IS SOLD AT RETAIL.
6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner selection and notification: On or about 03/06/2026, Winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winner will be notified via e-mail to the e-mail address they entered the Sweepstakes with within five (5) days following the winner selection. Z-Trak, LLC shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

Rights Granted by you: By entering this content you understand that Z-Trak, LLC, anyone acting on behalf of Z-Trak, LLC, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
9. Terms: Z-Trak, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Z-Trak, LLC may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Z-Trak, LLC. Z-Trak, LLC has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to; multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering. 11. Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF United States AND UT, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, delayed computer transactions or network connections that are human or technical in nature, or for damaged, lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries; technical, hardware, software, electronic or postal system failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; fraudulent, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions whether caused by Sponsor, the users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes; or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions or downloading, that may limit, delay or prevent an entrant’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. 17. Additional Terms for Delivery
Sponsor will pay up to $500 for the winners shipping or retrieval of their prize. This budget can be used in one of two ways: the winner may choose to apply it toward airfare and/or travel expenses to personally visit the facility, tour it, and transport the prize home themselves; or, alternatively, the funds can be used to cover the cost of shipping the vehicle directly to their residence. Any costs exceeding the $500 budget will be the responsibility of the winner.
All travel arrangements must be coordinated through the Sponsor and are subject to availability. Winners bear responsibility for travel to and from the departure airport and for any personal expenses incurred. All expenses that are not specifically provided for herein including, but not limited to, meals, beverages, gratuities, incidentals, taxes and other transportation are the Winner’s sole responsibility. Winner and his or her travel companions must have valid travel documents (e.g., government issued identification) prior to departure, and failure to do so may result in forfeiture of all or some aspects of the Prize. Winner and his or her travel companions are solely responsible for satisfying all legally required conditions of travel. Sponsor and Administrator are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or delay or any weather or airline issues that prevent the Winner from traveling, in which event any missed portion of the Prize may be forfeited in its entirety.
18. Release and Publicity
ENTRANTS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AFFILIATED COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, SUPPLIERS, DISTRIBUTORS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND/OR THE ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF ANY PRIZE.
