Z-TRAK Accessories Coming Soon
We are currently working on a handful of accessories to give you even more customization options and use cases for Z-TRAK.
Headache Rack
Protect Your Truck. Load With Confidence.
There’s nothing worse than watching your machine creep a little too close to your rear window while loading.
The Z-TRAK™ Headache Rack was built to eliminate that risk.
Designed as a modular spacer bar, it creates a solid stop point between your machine and your cab—so whether you’re winching in an ATV, UTV, or other equipment, you can load with confidence knowing your truck is protected.
Built for Real-World Loading
You don’t always have the luxury of perfect conditions.
Whether you’re loading solo, working on uneven ground, or just taking your time with a winch, things can shift. This rack gives you a controlled, physical barrier that prevents your machine from contacting the cab—even if something goes wrong.
It also spreads the load across your Z-TRAK™ rail, helping distribute force more evenly during winching.
More Than Protection — It Adds Usable Space
One of the most underrated features of this setup is what it creates:
👉 A dedicated space in front of your machine
With interchangeable spacer options, you can set the rack at:
- 3 inches
- 9 inches
That gap becomes the perfect place to secure:
- Gas cans
- Ramps
- Tools
- Extra gear
It’s a simple detail—but once you use it, you won’t go back.
Quick-Release, No-Hassle Setup
This system is built to be as practical as everything else in the Z-TRAK™ lineup.
- Attaches directly to your Z-TRAK™ or E-Track system
- Adjustable depth with simple bolt-on spacers
- Main load bar installs and removes in seconds
Thanks to quick-release wire lock clevis pins, you can easily take the bar on or off without tools—so it’s there when you need it, and out of the way when you don’t.
Designed for Winching Setups
You can winch machines into your truck using Z-TRAK™ anchor points alone—but this takes it to another level.
By adding a physical stop and spreading the load across the rail, the Headache Rack:
- Adds control
- Reduces risk
- Helps protect your truck bed from stress or damage
For best results, we recommend installing Z-TRAK™ using our Plus Nut Kit when winching.
Built to Handle It
- Heavy-duty steel construction
- Durable powder-coated finish
- Made for real-world use
This isn’t a decorative rack—it’s built to take the hit so your truck doesn’t have to.
Bottom Line
If you’re loading ATVs, UTVs, or equipment into your truck, this is one of the simplest ways to protect your investment and make the process easier.
More control. More protection. More usable space.
Secure Anything. That Ain’t Goin Nowhere.
Built to Grip. Designed for Bikes.
Not all chocks are created equal.
The Z-TRAK Bike Chok was designed from the ground up specifically for bicycles—mountain bikes, e-bikes, road bikes, and everything in between.
Its tapered design actively grips the tire as you push the bike in, holding it upright completely hands-free. No balancing. No juggling. Just load your bike, let the chok do its job, and strap at your own pace.
Why It’s Different
Most chocks (including motorcycle chocks) aren’t built to hold a bike on their own.
The Bike Chok is.
As the tire is pressed into the chok, the tapered shape tightens around it—locking the wheel in place and keeping the bike standing on its own. Whether you’re loading solo or managing multiple bikes, this makes a huge difference.
Built for Mountain Bikes & E-Bikes
The Bike Chok was designed first and foremost for:
- Mountain bikes
- E-bikes
- Trail and hybrid bikes
But thanks to its tapered design, it also works well with:
- Road bikes
- Smaller kids bikes
- Some wider tire setups
As long as the chok is mounted at the correct height for the tire to engage, it can accommodate a wide range of bike sizes.
Quick, Simple, and Surprisingly Secure
Each Bike Chok includes a built-in snowboard-binding-style ratchet strap that wraps securely around the tire.
For many setups—especially shorter, local trips—you can:
- Push the bike into the chok
- Cinch the built-in strap
- Go
No additional straps required.
For maximum security (especially with e-bikes or longer hauls), we still recommend using handlebar straps—but it’s not always necessary.
Secure Without Being Rigid
One of the most overlooked features of the Bike Chok is how it handles movement.
Instead of locking the bike down rigidly, the system allows for controlled, natural sway. This lets the bike’s suspension do its job, reducing stress on components while still keeping everything securely in place.
The result:
- Less strain on your bike
- Less risk of damage
- More confidence over rough terrain
System Flexibility
There’s no single “right way” to secure a bike—and that’s the point.
Some riders prefer:
- Moto-Chok™ systems
- LP Moto-Choks™
- Bike Choks
- Or a mix of everything
The Bike Chok exists as the purpose-built solution specifically for bicycles, giving you the best possible fit and function for that use case.
Built to Last
- Made in the USA
- Precision steel construction
- Durable powder-coated finish
- Designed for real-world use
Yes, it’s more complex—and more expensive—than simpler options.
That’s because it’s built to do the job right.
Bottom Line
If you want the easiest, cleanest, most purpose-built way to haul bikes in a truck or trailer—this is it.
Load faster. Secure smarter. Ride more.
Secure Anything. That Ain’t Goin Nowhere.
