The new Z-TRAK Pickup Truck Side Rails Kit brings Z-TRAK’s patented strength and versatility to the sides of your truck bed. Designed using our High-Strength E-TRAK, this modular kit gives you multiple mounting options so you can find the perfect configuration for your specific truck make and model.

⚙️ What’s Included

Each BETA kit includes two complete side sets — one for the driver’s side and one for the passenger’s side — with multiple rail lengths to test and fine-tune fitment on your truck:

• (2) 24" rails

• (2) 18" rails

• (2) 10" rails

• (2) 6" rails

• (2) 4" rails

You do not need to use all of them. We include every length so you can select the ideal combination for your truck’s flat mounting areas.
For example, on an F-150 test truck, a 24" section near the tailgate and a 10" section toward the front of the bed provided optimal coverage on each side.

🔩 Installation Notes

Each kit includes our standard #12 × 1" self-tapping screws, the same proven fasteners used with our Z-TRAK bed rails.
These have shown excellent holding strength in testing — but every truck bed design is different.

Before drilling:

• Confirm there’s sufficient clearance behind your mounting surface.

• Avoid puncturing the exterior of the bed or contacting wiring or support structures.

• If space is limited, you may choose shorter screws or a rivnut installation method (we’re evaluating this as part of the BETA).
