Installation

Each kit includes our proven #12 × 1" self-tapping screws, the same hardware used with Z-TRAK™ bed rails.

For maximum strength—especially in thinner, aluminum, or composite beds—we recommend upgrading to our Plus Nut Kit (nutsert system) for a more secure, OEM-style installation.

General mounting guidance:

• Secure rails at each end and space fasteners evenly along the length
• You do not need to use every mounting hole
• Always confirm clearance behind mounting surfaces before drilling
