Z-TRAK Extender

The Z-TRAK Extender lets you push your tie-down system outward for more flexibility—whether you need to clear a tonneau cover, offset handlebars, or fit a third dirt bike in the back of your truck.

Unlike the Moto-Chok Extender, this version features an E-TRAK faceplate on the front, allowing you to quickly clip in and out multiple accessories including Moto-Choks, Bike Choks, O-Ring Tie-Downs, straps, and more.

To account for the slight drop that happens when clipping into Z-TRAK and again on the extender’s E-TRAK face, we’ve built in a 5° upward tilt. This ensures your accessories mount as close to level as possible, keeping bikes and gear secure without stressing controls or handlebars.

How Sizing & Depth Measurements Work

To help you choose the correct extender length, here’s how measurements are calculated:

• Z-TRAK and High Strength E-TRAK rails add approximately 1/2″ of depth from the original mounting surface.

• When an accessory is clipped into the rail, the distance from the original mounting surface to the back face of the clipped-in accessory is always ~1 1/4″, regardless of extender length.

• Z-TRAK Extender length is measured by the original mounting surface to the face plate of the Z-TRAK Extender.

• The listed extender length does not include the depth of the Moto-Chok or other accessory when clipped onto the extender. 

✅ This means the total depth at the face where the Moto-Chok mounts will always be ~1 1/4″ longer than the listed extender size. So for the Z-TRAK extender, your Moto-Chok face will sit at roughly 10 1/4", which provides roughly a 9" offset from other Moto-Choks clipped in without extenders.
