It depends on your bikes and how you set things up—but you can fit more than most people expect.
Z-TRAK™ is a fully modular system, so your capacity comes down to bike size, spacing, and how creative you want to get.
Typical setups:
- 3 dirt bikes → Easy fit in most truck beds (even shorter beds)
- 4–5 dirt bikes → Very doable with angled setups and/or extenders
- 5 mountain bikes or e-bikes → Comfortable fit
- 6–7 bikes → Possible in full-size beds with tighter spacing and creative setups
What makes it possible:

What’s the real limit?
Most Z-TRAK rails are ~56" long with 28 E-Track slots.
Since most choks use 4 slots each, you can theoretically fit up to 7 choks side-by-side.
At that point, tie-down space gets tighter—but every chok includes built-in tie-down points, so it’s still completely doable.
